  1. Providing health-management, fitness-analysis, and personalized services;

Health-related analysis or recommendations provided through the Services are intended for health-management and informational purposes and do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription unless expressly provided as a lawful medical service.

With your authorization, the Services may access fitness data, location information, photographs or camera functions, and Bluetooth-connected wearable devices. You may manage or withdraw permissions through your device settings, although certain functions may then become unavailable.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. Data may be processed in Taiwan and other jurisdictions necessary to provide the Services.

Recipients may include iPulse, its affiliates, service providers providing cloud, storage, analytics, customer-support, or technology services, and competent governmental or judicial authorities where legally required.

Where cross-border transfers are involved, iPulse will implement legally required safeguards.
